I tried making cupcakes (mix) and frosting (not a mix) today for a coworkers baby shower.

I once again forgot to half the butter with shortening and so I kept having to put the frosting and the cupcakes in the freezer to cool them. Which dried out the cupcakes. Which were mostly dry already bc I forgot to buy paper liners and then figured "who ( Read more... )
